Soul Mate

I want a soul mate.

My sister told me about her friends one day.. And she told me that I don’t really have someone that’s like hers. She had a friend that.. when she meet, she didn’t say such little things like, “How’s your day?” or “What did you eat today?”. She goes straight to her problems and just basically pours them out to her friend. I called that friend of hers, her soul mate.

Yeah, soul mate.

I read many stories, and there are so many of them that involved soul mates. From what I understand, a soul mate is someone that matches you the best, and I think it’s not limited to just between opposite sexes.. It can be between the same one as well, in this case my sis and her bff.

Ah, I’m so jealous of her..

My sis told me, that I still put a barrier in my friendship. I still only said and done the fun part. Like hobbies and stuff. And yeah, she’s right.

I never good with emotional stuff. I remember when my sis got mad at me, I can’t bring myself to apologize. And it made the tense atmosphere longer. It’s because my heart always beats so fast and I got scared to face her. Yeah I know, I’m a coward.

I remember when my friend’s mother phone me and said bad things about me.. I cried alone and won’t answer to my mom’s question. I finally told her why and even then I answered only after the tenth tries I think.

I don’t like sharing my problems to others. And I got lots of them. But deep down, I think I want someone to notice that. That I need them to.. help me open up.

God, please, hear my prayers. I want someone that I can share and will share their problems too. I want to have a deeper level of friendship. I know that I probably don’t deserve this, but please..
